Quantification of tissue gDNA purified by Molth Genomic DNA Purification Kit. Four types of mouse tissues were tested in gDNA purification. The tissue inputs were: ~ 2 mg brain tissue, ~ 4 mg liver tissue, ~ 50 mm tail tissue, and ~ 10 mg skin tissue. The result shows higher yields of gDNAs in four types of tissues by Molth Genomic DNA Purification Kit as compared to the competitor kit.
High gDNA purity and integrity.
Assessment of purity and size of gDNA purified by Molth Genomic DNA Purification Kit. Four types of mouse tissues were used in gDNA purification. The purified gDNAs had high molecular weight (> 10 kb) in size without contamination of low-molecular-weight DNA. The high integrity of gDNA ensures high-standard downstream applications in PCR and NGS assays.
